Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During high-volume periods (viral product spikes), processing may take an additional 1–2 days.
Shipping Times
Average shipping times are:
• United States: 6–12 business days Â
• Canada, UK, Australia: 7–14 business days Â
• International: 10–20 business days Â
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Tracking Your Order
Tracking updates may take 1–3 business days to appear. This is completely normal, especially for high-demand items.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is delayed beyond 30 days from shipment, please contact us at support@vyralvault.com and we will immediately assist or issue a replacement if necessary.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will replace your item at no cost.
